40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subject was diagnosed with acute angle-closure glaucoma; 2. Combined with cataract; 3. Preoperative pupil diameter > 4.5mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma in absolute stage; 2. Patients who are known to have eye diseases that affect the anterior anatomy, such as uveitis, iris cysts, and patients after trauma; 3. Other eye surgeries except LPT and ALPI, such as compound trabeculectomy, drainage valve implantation, etc.; 4. Suffering from systemic immune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.
