Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are diagnosed with IBD and need to implement HEN according to the diagnostic criteria established by the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Collaboration Group of the Chinese Medical Association Gastroenterology Branch in 2018; 2. Ability to communicate and communicate normally, with certain literacy and comprehension skills; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. Participate voluntarily and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute perforation or intestinal fistula, internal fistula; 2. Abdominal abscess, retroperitoneal abscess; 3. Complete intestinal obstruction, or other intestinal and anorectal diseases due to aggravated obstruction or other reasons; 4. Accompanied by malignant tumors and other diseases that can seriously affect the physical and mental state; 5. Patients with neurological or mental illnesses.
