Sugammadex group:The dose of Sugammadex was 2 mg / kg of the actual body weight(rounded to 10 mg)
neostigmine group:The dose of neostigmine was 0.07 mg / kg of the actual body weight (the maximum dose was 5 mg, rounded to 0.1 mg)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (>=18 years old); 2. Receive general anesthesia for tracheal intubation; 3. Use steroidal non-depolarizing muscle relaxants (vecuronium or rocuronium); 4. The American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) graded I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from neuromuscular blockade contraindications; 2. There are serious dysfunctions of important organs such as the heart and lungs; 3. Allergic to sugammadex sodium or neostigmine.
