Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chinese people aged 18 to 50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Postmenopausal status 2. Having taken exogenous hormones within last 6 months, including oral contraceptive pills 3. Having taken antibiotics or probiotics within last 3 months 4. History of inflammatory bowel disease, history of gastrointestinal cancer or surgery, and no history of gastrointestinal infection within last 3 weeks 5. Abnormal pap smear result within last 3 years 6. Those who do not provide consent for this study.
