16 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years; 2. Accord with the diagnostic criteria of chronic hepatitis B and hepatitis C in China; 3. Course of disease <= 72 hours; 4. Patients with complete data in hospital medical record system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women; 2. Patients with respiratory failure, circulatory failure, coma and other frequent symptoms, and those who are expected to die within 24 hours; 3. Diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, arrhythmia, aneurysm; 4. Tumors other than liver cancer; 5. Brain diseases such as mental, consciousness and behavior disorders other than hepatic encephalopathy, such as hysteria, Japanese encephalitis, and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. Diseases with impaired renal function besides hepatorenal syndrome, such as chronic renal failure and nephrotic syndrome; 7. Diseases with impaired lung function besides hepatopulmonary syndrome, such as COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis; 8. Liver cyst, amoebic liver abscess, Budd-Chiari syndrome, hepatolenticular degeneration; 9. Abnormal diseases of the coagulation system, active bleeding, such as DIC; 10. Those taking non-liver disease-related drugs during the observation period; 11. HIV infection, coronavirus infection.
