20 Years to 44 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile women; 2. Aged 20 to 44 years; 3. Diagnosed with infertility; 4. Undergoing treatment; and 5. Able to follow the instructions; 6. Able to speak and read Kiswahili; 7. Daily access to the internet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who got pregnant during the study period; and 2. Participated previously in yoga, meditation, or psychosocial intervention.
