Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 0-14 years children under routine physical examination; 2. Children who meet the height and weight standards are the research objects; the reference standards for height and weight: The "Value Table of Standard Deviation Units of Height and Weight for Children and Adolescents from 0 to 18 Years Old" formulated by the Growth and Development Laboratory of Capital Institute of Pediatrics is used to calculate the height and weight of children. Weight screening; 3. The family members agree and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a clear cause of congenital metabolic problems and endocrine diseases are excluded, such as low phosphorus anti-D rickets, thyroid disease, diabetes, liver disease, renal insufficiency, abnormal adrenal cortex function, etc.; 2. Children suffering from severe respiratory, digestive, cardiovascular, and urinary diseases; 3. Long-term use of glucocorticoids or other drugs that affect bone metabolism (such as thiazide diuretics, heparin, bisphosphonates, oral contraceptives, aromatase inhibitors, anticonvulsants, recombinant human parathyroid hormone), etc. 4. Children who have taken vitamin K and vitamin D supplements in the past 3 months.
