65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients aged >= 65 years; 2. Patients with malignant tumors (colorectal cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, pancreatic cancer); 3. Intended to be hospitalized for surgical treatment of moderate or higher level (level 3 surgery or higher); 4. Nutrition risk screening (NRS2002) score >= 3; 5. The gastrointestinal function is basically normal and you can eat by mouth; 6. Liver and kidney function and blood coagulation function are basically normal (ALT, Tbil, Cr not more than 2 times the normal value); 7. Consciousness; 8. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term bed rest or hemiplegia; 2. Poor compliance; 3. Obesity (BMI>30).
