18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years, male or non-pregnant female; 2. American Association of Anesthesiologists ASA Class I-III; 3. According to the preoperative colonoscopy biopsy pathological results, it is confirmed that it is colon adenocarcinoma or high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia; 4. The tumor is located in the right colon, ascending colon, transverse colon or colonic flexure; 5. The operation method is determined to be enlarged radical resection of right colon cancer (CME operation); 6. The preoperative staging is considered as cT2-4aN0M0 or cTanyN+M0; 7. Agree to receive adjuvant treatment in accordance with the standard; 8. The patient or family members can understand the purpose of the trial, volunteer to participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is distant metastasis, the tumor invades the surrounding organs and requires joint resection of the organs or cannot achieve R0 resection; 2. Past history of malignant tumors or complicated history of major abdominal surgery; 3. Patients with intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, intestinal bleeding, etc. who need emergency surgery.
