Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Enrollment criteria for patients with mild AD: (1) Patients in the memory clinic of our hospital meet the AD diagnostic criteria established by NIA-AA, have no metal implants, pacemakers, etc., and have no history of sedatives or alcohol intake; (2) Education level over 8 years, age >= 65 years old; (3) Simple Mental State Examination (MMSE) = 65 years old; (3) Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17)> 7 points; (4) Simple Mental State Examination (MMSE) = 65 years old; (3) No visual or hearing impairment; (4) Simple Mental State Examination (MMSE) >=26 points; (5) Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA)> 26 points; (6) Clinical Dementia Scale (CDR) is equal to 0; (7) Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) <7 points; (8) Normal daily behavior and living ability; (9) Right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage), vascular dementia, cerebral small vessel disease, thyroid dysfunction, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, malnutrition, long-term diarrhea, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, carbon monoxide poisoning, head injury , History of alcoholism.
