20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with symptoms related to adenomyosis, diagnosed by clinical, MRI and ultrasound; 2. Those with surgical indications have requirements for fertility and are unwilling to accept or unsuitable for traditional surgery and medical treatment; 3. No history of abdominal surgery; 4. Volunteer to accept high-intensity focused ultrasound therapy. 5. Able to communicate feelings during the operation; 6. There is no contraindication for sedation and analgesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical fibroids, vascular leiomyomas; 2. When lying prone, the uterus compresses the intestinal tube (the sound channel is not safe); 3. Those who use a pacemaker or suffer from heart disease; 4. People suffering from other gynecological diseases; 5. People who have communication difficulties and are unwilling to receive high-intensity focused ultrasound therapy.
