Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Diagnosis of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and heart function NYHA>=Class II HFpEF is based on the 2016 ESC guidelines diagnostic criteria; 3. Symptoms and/or signs of heart failure; 4. Normal ejection fraction, LVEF>=50%; 5. Elevated BNP, BNP> 35 pg/mL and/or NT-proBNP> 125 pg/mL (stratified by age); 6. And there is at least one objective evidence of changes in cardiac structure and function; left ventricular hypertrophy and strain; or left atrium enlargement, and ultrasound shows impaired diastolic function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sleep apnea syndrome; 2. Type I diabetes, overt diabetes during pregnancy, history of pulmonary embolism, pulmonary hypertension, COPD, pneumonia or other acute infections; replacement of severe liver and kidney failure, moderate or higher anemia, impaired consciousness, inconvenience, mental system diseases, etc. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, malignant tumors and expected survival <= 2 years, cachexia, and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage within 1 month; weak and unable to tolerate physical exercise; 3. Regular aerobic exercise is more than 3 times a week, each time is more than 1 hour; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with regular exercise and diet control at all.
