Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 28 years, no gender limit, informed consent; 2. Comply with the "International Classification of Mental and Behavioral Disorders of Diseases (Tenth Edition)" (ICD-10) diagnostic criteria for depression, and HAMD-17 (>= 18 points) without other mental illnesses, patients with depression confirmed by 2 or more associate chief physicians or chief physicians; 3. The patient has a certain degree of social disorder, and is scored on the LSAS scale, with a score >= 16; 4. Normal intelligence, no serious speech and emotional expression obstacles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Visual impairment, hearing impairment, or serious physical disease may affect the intervention; 2. Patients with substance dependence or abuse; 3. Have serious neurological diseases and mental disorders; 4. Suffering from bipolar disorder: patients with depression; 5. Patients with depression after scoring.
