Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective cesarean section; 2. ASA I-II, aged >= 18 years; 3. The body mass index is 15-30 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental illness; 2. Serious obstetric complications or serious underlying diseases; 3. Allergy to esketamine; 4. Intraspinal anesthesia is contraindicated.
