18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. 18<BMI<24 3. One-lung ventilation during the operation; 4. American Association of Anesthesiology Score (ASA) grade I-III; 5. Patients who are willing to sign the informed consent and are willing to be followed up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative chest CT showed the presence of pleural effusion or atelectasis in the non-operative lung lobes; 2. Patients have contraindications for PEEP, such as high intracranial pressure, bronchopleural fistula, hypovolemic shock, right heart failure; 3. The patient refuses to participate in the trial or the patient withdraws from the trial halfway; 4. Bleeding volume>500ml or severe hypotension (mean arterial pressure <55 mmHg under the use of vasoactive drugs).
