18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Major depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder and substance abuse diagnosed by DSM-V; 2. The Montgomery Depression Scale score is greater than or equal to 20; 3. Aged 18 to 55 years; 4. Agree to sign the consent form; 5. At least one drug fails under the appropriate dose and duration; 6. Take stable medication at least 4 weeks before transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Psychotic symptoms, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, severe addiction, bipolar disorder, suicidal behavior; 2. History of epilepsy, stroke, epilepsy or closed head injury or other major medical or neurological diseases; 3. History of brain trauma; 4. The history of ECT / MECT / TMS; 5. Fixed metal implanted in the body; 6. Claustrophobia; 7. Be pregnant.
