Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients who are clinically diagnosed as one of keratitis, pterygium, meibomian gland dysfunction, diabetes, and corneal transplantation; 3. Healthy people excluding eye diseases through medical history, anterior segment, and fundus examination
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are two or more eye diseases combined; 2. Patients who have received internal eye surgery (including vitrectomy, cataract extraction, scleral buckling, and glaucoma) in the past 6 months, and patients with a history of laser photocoagulation or intravitreal injection are not excluded.
