Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Estimate fetal weight (Hadlock-4) based on fetal double parietal diameter, head circumference, abdominal circumference, and femur length, estimated fetal weight (EFW) < the 10th percentile of the corresponding gestational week; or fetal abdominal circumference < 10th percentile; 2. Gestational week 20+0-36+6 weeks; 3. Single tire; 4. Han nationality; 5. The gestational week is clear; 6. 17<= BMI < 27 kg/m^2; 7. Accept the established follow-up plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Fetal malformations or chromosomal abnormalities are found during pregnancy; 2. The postpartum examination finds fetal malformations or chromosomal abnormalities; 3. Maternal height <145cm; 4. Past bad pregnancy history such as stillbirth; 5. Either spouse has chromosomal abnormalities; 6. Uterine deformity.
