Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select patients who needed surgery for gynecological endometrial cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2014 to October 2024; 2. Patients whose preoperative diagnosis and curettage pathology were endometrial cancer; 3. Patients without surgical contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. AIDS patients; 2. Breastfeeding and pregnant patients; 3. Patients with other pelvic diseases; 4. Patients with advanced malignant tumors; 5. Approved by the hospital ethics committee; 6. Prior to joining the group, a dedicated person will explain to the patients and their families, obtain informed consent and sign the relevant consent form.
