Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for keloids; 3. Have not received any relevant treatment within 3 months; 4. Blood and urine routine and biochemical set are normal; 5. Voluntary and able to cooperate with follow-up; 6. The skin lesions are in a stable period and have not progressed within 3 months (increased area, itching, pain).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy and lactation; 2. Patients with serious medical diseases, endocrine system diseases or tumors; 3. Patients who are allergic to glucocorticoids and 5-fluorouracil; 4. Ear keloids; 5. Accompanied by mental illness.
