50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients undergoing unilateral posterolateral approach total hip replacement under elective general anesthesia at Luzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Southwest Medical University Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Luzhou Peoples Hospital from May 2021 to June 2021; 2. ASA I-II, aged 50-80 years, no gender limit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients undergoing revision hip joints; 2. Patients with abnormal blood coagulation function; 3. Patients with cognitive dysfunction and limb dysfunction before surgery.
