Interventions

Experimental group(Group G):Intravenous administration of Glycopyrronium Bromide 0.01mg/kg before anesthesia.
Control group (Group C):Intravenous administration the same amount of normal saline before anesthesia.

20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing painless colonoscopy; 2. 18 <BMI < 30 kg/m^2; 3. Aged 20-65 years; 4. Mallampati classification I-II; 5. ASA classification I-II; 6. The blood routine, biochemical and electrocardiogram examinations have been completed before the operation, and there is no obvious abnormality; 7. No history of drug allergy; 8. Volunteer to participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from severe respiratory, circulatory, liver, kidney, and endocrine diseases; 2. Patients with a history of upper respiratory tract infection in the past 2 weeks; 3. Patients who are using drugs that affect the cholinergic system; 4. Patients who have participated in drug clinical trials in the past 3 months; 5. Patients with angle-closure glaucoma; 6. Patients with urinary retention.
