Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who electively need invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring; 2. ASA II-III level; 3. Patients who need to establish invasive arterial blood pressure for monitoring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal coagulation function; 2. Infection and trauma at the puncture site; 3. Raynaud disease and other peripheral arterial obstructive diseases; 4. Atrial fibrillation; 5. Critical operations such as hemorrhagic shock.
