60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective hip and knee replacement surgery; 2. Aged 60-90 years, regardless of gender or race; 3. No immune system disease; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Perform multiple (more than 1) surgeries or emergency surgeries during this hospitalization period; 2. Unable to communicate due to coma, severe dementia, severe hearing or vision impairment, language impairment, Parkinson's disease, etc. before the operation; 3. Symptoms of intestinal obstruction or diagnosis of intestinal obstruction or complete parenteral nutrition is required after surgery; 4. Have used antibiotics, probiotics or gastrointestinal motility drugs within 10 days before admission; 5. The attending doctor or researcher believes that there are other situations that are not suitable for participating in this research.
