Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were diagnosed as clinically definite ALS, clinically probable ALS, or clinically probable and laboratory supported ALS according to El Escorial criteria from the World Federation of Neurology in 1998; 2. According to the ALS or HSS, the disease was mild or moderate state; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years; 4. Can cooperate to complete the inspection; 5. Agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. According to the currently known affected parts, the patients cannot be attributed to a certain type of patient in the onset pattern, and patients with a family history; 2. Patients who have undergone gastrostomy; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Combined with throat diseases such as vocal cord nodules, polyps, vocal cord cancer, laryngeal papilloma, etc.; 5. Combined with serious complications related to liver and kidney, tumor, hematopoietic system, etc.; 6. Patients who have used antimicrobial drugs, probiotics, intestinal microecological treatments, and high-dose vitamins in the last month.
