Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Alzheimer's disease dementia (AD) that meets ICD-10 diagnostic criteria; 2. AD patients aged 55-80 years, regardless of gender; 3. MMSE: 10-24 points, Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR): 1-2 points, Hachinski Ischemia Index Scale (HIS) = 1 point; 5. There is no obvious visual and auditory obstacle to complete the necessary inspections for the research; 6. Able to complete head magnetic resonance detection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Delirium, stress state caused by acute events; 2. Depression and other mental diseases, drug abuse, poisoning, genetic and metabolic diseases; 3. Patients with metal foreign bodies in their skulls, pacemakers implanted in their heads, and cochlear implants; 4. Severe physical diseases such as cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; 5. History of organic brain diseases, brain trauma or head surgery.
