Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis criteria of pigment dissemination syndrome (have any two of the following three signs at the same time): (1) Vertical fusiform pigment particles in the middle and lower part of the posterior cornea; (2) Pigment granule deposition of the lens suspensory ligament and/or vitreous anterior limiting membrane ligament; (3) Uniform pigmentation of trabecular meshwork (Scheie's room role element classification >= Grade II); 2. Aged 18-50 years, have not received IOP lowering treatment, or have stopped IOP lowering treatment for more than 3 weeks; 3. Able to measure intraocular pressure in sitting position; 4. Patients are willing to participate in this research project and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Possess other eye diseases of the eye (except pigment dissemination syndrome), or serious basic diseases of the whole body; 2. Past eye surgery or laser treatment history; 3. After enrollment, patients who applied to withdraw from this research project for any reason.
