Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Postpartum age (PNA) <=28 days at admission; 2.The neonate was treated with vancomycin for at least 2 days; 3.At least one serum concentration monitoring value of vancomycin; 4.Demography, blood routine, blood biochemical and other clinical data of the children were complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Renal replacement therapy during medication.
