Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Prostate cancer patients who need radical prostatectomy; 2.Aged 18 to 75 years; 3.Those who agree to sign the informed consent, follow the doctor's advice and follow up regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe uncontrolled disease or acute infection; 2.The patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system diseases and diabetes can not be controlled and can not reach the operation standard; 3.Those who have immune system disease and can't control, can't reach the operation standard; 4.Previous abdominal and pelvic surgery history, severe abdominal and pelvic adhesions.
