50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with KOA's diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine, and meanwhile the syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine is of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome; 2. Aged 50 to 75 years, male or female, left knee pain, right handed; 3. The Kellgren-Lawrence radiology score is II-III; 4. Knee joint pain lasts for more than 6 months; 5. VAS score >= 3 points; 6. Occupation: non-manual workers (such as teachers, corporate office staff, etc.), no daily violent lower limb activities; 7. Agree and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with damaged skin around the knee joint; 2. History of knee surgery, history of severe trauma; 3. Patients with diabetes, systemic infections, severe liver and kidney function abnormalities, malignant tumors and other diseases; 4. Those who have received other treatment measures within the past month; 5. Those who are allergic to celecoxib capsules; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. People with mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction; 8. Suffer from gastrointestinal system symptoms: such as active gastrointestinal ulcer/bleeding, or recurrent ulcer/bleeding; 9. People with MRI contraindications such as lock-in phobia, pacemaker, defibrillator, cardiac stent, intrauterine device, etc.
