Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Rectum cancer diagnosed by histopathology; 2. The clinical stage of T3+N0M0 or TXN+M0; 3. Agree to conduct MMR / MSI test and the result is dMMR / MSI-H; 4. The tumor is located within 12cm of the anus; 5. Can tolerant immunotherapy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy; 6. The subjects volunteered to join the study, signed informed consent, and had good compliance with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participating in other clinical investigates; 2. Other chemotherapy history.
