Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with postoperative pulmonary infection were selected from the patients who underwent elective surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 1, 2020 to June 31, 2020.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have had lung infections before surgery and have undergone tracheal intubation or tracheotomy before surgery; 2. Non-operating operations performed in the operating room (such as deep vein puncture, bone marrow puncture, lumbar puncture), medical records are incomplete, and death or accidents occur during the operation.
