Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years, clear consciousness, no language communication barriers, able to correctly understand the content of communication, and signed an informed consent form by the person or authorized person, which meets the relevant requirements of medical ethics; 2. Have not used glucocorticoids systemically in the 4 weeks before enrollment; 3. It can complete lung function test, blood EOS test, FeNO determination and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test respiratory questionnaire (CAT score); 4. Select 120 patients with stable COPD in the outpatient department of our hospital for clinical research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurring pneumonia, systemic fungal infection, tuberculosis infection; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney disease, acute coronary syndrome and other serious diseases; 3. Patients with contraindications for glucocorticoid use; 4. Severe mental illness that cannot be controlled by drugs (persons detained by coercive means in psychiatry); 5. In the period of lactation and pregnancy.
