Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Diagnose according to the diagnostic criteria of the "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders" (4th Edition) (DSM-IV) and the National Institute of Nervous System Diseases and Stroke-Alzheimer's Disease and Related Diseases Association (NINCDS-ADRDA) For patients with AD; 3. The MMSE score is 19-24 points, and the clinical dementia rating scale CDR score is 1 point; 4. Irregular exercise habits; 5. Agree to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Improved Hachinski ischemia scale score > 4 points; 2. Obvious visual/hearing defects; 3. Muscle weakness or inability to maintain a sitting or standing posture for 30 minutes.
