18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single-segment LDH with consistent clinical symptoms, signs and imaging; 2. After more than 3 months of conservative treatment, the symptoms cannot be relieved or have recurring attacks; 3. Imageology suggests outstanding softness, including prolapse and dissociation; 4. There is no obvious calcification or ossification of the annulus fibrosis; 5. After the nucleus pulposus is removed, the fibrous annulus fracture is less than 2mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of surgery on the responsible segment of the lumbar spine; 2. Responsible segment combined with lumbar instability; 3. Patients with tuberculosis, local or systemic infections, lumbar spine tumors and spinal deformities; 4. People with mental disorders or intolerance of surgery; 5. Women who currently or plan to become pregnant in the near future.
