Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 45 years; 2. The results showed that there was no digestive disorder of dietary fiber; 3. Physical health: fasting blood glucose, blood biochemical indexes, blood pressure (systolic and diastolic pressure), heart rate and other indicators are normal (the first screening is conducted according to the previous physical examination results when entering the group); 4. Diet rule, no eating disorder or diet history, dietary fiber intake not more than 40 g / day; 5. Participate in appropriate physical activities regularly; 6. Each test requires fasting for 12 hours; 7. During each experiment, avoid overeating and high-intensity physical activity; 8. It can ensure the complete participation in the whole experiment process; 9. Maintain their eating habits during the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Regularly taking prescription drugs or taking drugs that are not suitable for this study within two weeks before the experiment; 2. Women who are nervous before menstruation or have significant changes in appetite during menstruation; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. May receive any surgery during the trial period; 5. Participated in any other experimental investigations in the past month; 6. Men drink more than 25g of alcohol per day, and women drink more than 15g; 7. Smoke more than 4 cigarettes a day; 8. A history of antibiotics or laxative use within 8.3 months.
