Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 75 years, both males and females; 2. Preoperative endoscopic biopsy pathological diagnosis: the tumor is located in the upper 1/3 of the stomach (including the esophagogastric junction). According to the eighth edition of AJCC, the clinical staging of gastric cancer is Ia and Ib (T1N0M0, T1N1 M0 and T2N0 M0); 3. No distant metastasis was found on chest radiograph, abdominal ultrasound, and CT of the upper abdomen before operation; 4. ASA classification 1-3; 5. The patient and his family voluntarily participated in the study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has coagulation dysfunction and cannot be corrected; 2. Patients with viral hepatitis and liver cirrhosis; 3. Patients with metabolic diseases such as diabetes; 4. Patients with failure of important organs such as heart, lung, liver, brain, and kidney; 5. Acute infection, especially patients with biliary tract infection; 6. The patient has a mental disorder or disorder of consciousness; 7. Patients with immunodeficiency, immunosuppression or autoimmune diseases (such as patients undergoing allogeneic bone marrow transplantation within the past five years, taking immunosuppressive drugs, SLE, etc.).
