Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to hospital with emergency trauma; 2. Aged over 18 years; 3. Have complete clinical case data; 4. Adopt surgical treatment plan during hospitalization; 5. Emotionally stable, able to understand and verbally informed consent; 6. When completing the questionnaire, there was no coma or unconsciousness that could not communicate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with underlying diseases with bleeding tendency; 2. Those who have taken anticoagulant drugs for a long time; 3. Those who have a clear history of mental illness and take corresponding medications; 4. Substance abuse such as drug abuse, alcohol dependence, etc. who have undergone relevant psychotherapy; 5. Adopt conservative treatment plan during hospitalization.
