Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. T2DM patients who meet the WHO (1999) diabetes diagnosis; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Those who have a clear consciousness and can communicate normally; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fasting blood glucose >=16.7mmol/L; 2. Those who eat nuts regularly >= 4 bags/week; 3. Those who are allergic to food (especially nuts) or are in other dietary treatments; 4. Those who have fewer teeth and have difficulty chewing; 5. Osteoporosis; 6. Take cholinesterase inhibitors; 7. Those who use GLP-1 receptor agonists or Dipeptidyl Peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors; 8. Accompanied by stroke, cachexia malignant tumors, and unstable cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction; 9. Patients with digestive dysfunction, liver and kidney insufficiency, and severe gallbladder and pancreatic diseases; 10. Those taking glucocorticoids and patients with hyperthyroidism; 11. Past gastrointestinal surgery history; 12. Participate in multiple researchers at the same time.
