Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Definitely diagnosed as STEMI; 3. Successfully received emergency PCI within 12 hours of onset; 4. Emergency coronary angiography shows that there is at least one non-criminal lesion, and the degree of visual stenosis is >= 30%; 5. Agree to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Left main disease (stenosis degree >= 50%); 2. Cardiogenic shock; 3. Have a history of CABG or plan to perform CABG; 4. End-stage renal disease: eGFR < 30ml/min, or have received renal replacement therapy; 5. Allergy to contrast agents; 6. After emergency PCI, the infarction-related artery is not successfully opened, that is, the TIMI blood flow after the infarction-related artery is grade 0-1; 7. The quality of coronary angiography is poor and the QFR measurement cannot be performed; 8. Non-criminal lesion blood flow TIMI<3.
