Male
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 50 to 70 years; 2.Patients in mild or moderate state(MMSE > 15/30); 3.Cooperate to complete the inspection; 4.Agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who had cognitive disorder which have relation to metabolic or mental causes; 2.Patients who had severe diseases in kidney, liver, hematological system or had cancer; 3.Patients who have used anti-biotics, probiotics, high-dose vitamins or other therapy regulating gut microbiota.
