Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Newborns with PICC catheterization during hospitalization; 2.PICC catheters were ordered by doctors; 3.Informed consent was obtained from the family members and the consent form was signed; 4.The children can tolerate B ultrasound and X-ray examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Catheter indwelling for less than 7 days due to family members giving up treatment or death; 2.Patients who had been diagnosed with infection, skin allergy, skin injury and phlebitis before catheterization; 3.Patients with immunodeficiency disease; 4.Patients with abnormal coagulation time.
