Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients diagnosed as primary Parkinson's disease underwent bilateral subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation with intraoperative microelectrode recording under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have undergone brain surgery; 2.Preoperative use of antiparkinsonian medications, sedative hypnotics and antipsychotics; 3.Intracranial hemorrhage after operation; 4.The MER are incomplete or of poor quality.
