Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with laryngocarcinoma by pathology and who underwent total laryngectomy or partial laryngectomy for the first time; 2. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study with informed consent and were able to receive and complete follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recurrent or metastatic laryngeal cancer in the last half year; 2. Patients with other tumors, serious diseases of the heart, brain, kidney and other systems, as well as mental diseases in the treatment stage; 3. Patients who have communication difficulties and can not communicate by speaking or listening, reading and writing; 4. Family caregivers are specialized in health care.
