Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as koa (according to the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis (2018 Edition) issued by Chinese society of orthopedics of Chinese Medical Association and the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis formulated by American Society of Rheumatology in 2012); 2. 50 years old <= age <= 85 years old; 3. The Kellgren Lawrence grade of knee osteoarthritis was 1-3; 4. Score of Visual analogue scale (VAS) was 3-6 .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee arthroplasty was performed; 2. Diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis or the presence of knee joint with other pathological changes, deformities, etc; 3. There was a history of intra-articular injection in the past 6 months; 4. Received systemic corticosteroid therapy or other physical therapy in the past 6 weeks; 5. Any analgesic drugs were taken in the past 2 weeks; 6. Patients with electronic implants; 7. They were complicated with depression, anxiety and other psychological dysfunction; 8. Unable to carry out rehabilitation treatment plan as required; 9. Cognitive, speech and other advanced neurological dysfunction; 10. With severe primary cardiovascular disease, lung disease, or other serious diseases affecting their survival.
