Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational diabetes; 2. ASA III level; 3. Aged 20-40 years; 4. 37-42 weeks of pregnancy; 5. BMI<=35 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for intraspinal anesthesia; 2 Twin pregnancies; 3. Test drug allergy; 4. Preoperative application of analgesic and sedative drugs; 5. The parturient cannot understand the scoring items of various scales; 6. Have a history of neurological and psychiatric diseases; 7. Severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction.
