18 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 42 years; 2. Singleton pregnancy; 3. The gestational week is 24 to 28 weeks; 4. Meet the diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes; 5. The patient and his family members signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Language communication barrier; 2. Mental illness; 3. Need to use insulin.
