Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years; 3. Conscious; 4. Initial stroke; 5. The patient and family members signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious blood system diseases; 2. Combined with severe heart, liver, kidney, lung and other organ dysfunction; 3. Combined with severe metabolic diseases; 4. Combined with severe endocrine diseases; 5. Malignant tumors; 6. Combined with severe cognitive dysfunction; 7. The condition is critical; 8. Incomplete clinical data.
