65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30 to 60 years; 2. No experience in Tai Chi training in the past; 3. The test result of timed up and go(TUG) is more than 10 seconds but less than 20 seconds.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who need a wheelchair; 2. Those who need assistance; 3. Patients diagnosed with dementia or organic brain injury; 4. Psychiatric cases that cannot follow the therapist's instructions.
