Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the BPPV diagnostic criteria of the Otolaryngology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association (a positive Dix-Hallpike test is diagnosed as vertical semicircular canal BPPV, and a positive horizontal rolling test is diagnosed as horizontal semicircular canal BPPV, all of which are idiopathic BPPV, aged >= 18 and <= 80 years; 2. Vitamin D deficiency was diagnosed on the day of consultation (25(OH)D<20 ng/ml); 3. Signe the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other peripheral vertigo diseases or central vertigo diseases; 2. History of infectious diseases; 3. Combined with allergic diseases; 4. Combined with chronic blood system disease, kidney disease, intestinal disease, severe cardiovascular system disease, or central nervous system disease; 5. History of taking drugs that affect Vitamin D metabolism; 6. Pregnant women.
